Of the family of schools that make up Columbia University, it is my firm belief that members of the GSAPP have a uniquely important role to play with respect to the institution’s governance. By this I mean two things. First, that the GSAPP must and ought to have a clear, deliberate voice within Columbia’s policymaking body, bringing to bear the school’s valuable point of view and, second, that the GSAPP must itself be represented equally clearly and deliberately to the University to ensure its equitable consideration and treatment within the Senate. 

 

Over the course of the last 8 years I have been immensely fortunate to work on, and lead, a variety of teams in sales, technology, and in the not-for-profit space, an experience that I believe will make me an effective and well-prepared advocate for GSAPP in the University Senate.
